Process of Recruitment
In order to find the ideal candidate we use a standardized model, which we adjust to your individual needs.
1) Briefing: Initial discussion with client regarding process of recruitment, job description, determination of possible target firms, confirmation of mandate
2) Search for clients: Search for suitable candidates with our database, personal network, social networks as well as field search and advertisement.
3) Telephone interviews: Admission of level of compatibility, consideration of all relevant aspects
4) Initial interviewing: validation of candidates qualifications and capabilities, assessment of character with a scientific method, evaluation of willingness to change
5) Handing over of file: in case of suitability of candidate, the files shall be handed over, including an extensive report
6) Interviewing: the client gets to meet contending candidates, participation of client during interview (unless otherwise required), possibility of second Interview with candidates
7) Contract: finalization of new job contract, whilst taking the time for giving notice to prior employer into account
8) Aftercare: We remain in contact with both candidate and client
